Reception

As the first point of contact with patients, our Receptionists are there to help you and deal with your appointments, prescription requests, and any other queries you might have. Please help them to help you, by giving them any information they require to enable them to process your request quickly and efficiently. All our receptionists are fully trained and experienced to deal with patients’ requests and enquiries, both sensitively and sympathetically. Please remember, if you are asked what seems to be an irritating question, the receptionist is trying to assist both you and the Doctor, and at times, this can be difficult. Please ask to speak to a receptionist in private if necessary. They all adhere to the highest standards of maintaining confidentiality and privacy for our patients.
