Making a Complaint Against the Practice
We understand that at times, things can go wrong. If you have any issues about our service that you wish to discuss, then please write to our Practice Manager in the first instance. We undertake to hand and resolve problems as quickly and fairly as possible. Details of our complaints procedure is available at Reception. Our Practice Manager will review any complaints received and take appropriate measures to ensure we don’t make the same mistakes again.
Raising a Concern About NHS Services
